Contains materials from the Duke Chapter of White Coats for Black Lives (WC4BL) documenting their founding, meetings, executive board, programming, and the Racial Justice Report Card (RJRC). The RJRC consists of 14 metrics that evaluate an academic center's curriculum and climate, student and faculty diversity, policing, racial integration of clinical care sites, treatment of workers, and research protocols. Ultimately, the RJRC seeks to encourage academic medical centers to take seriously their responsibility to fight racism in medicine, and while the RJRC is not exhaustive, it's intent is to be used as a tool to begin to evaluate and enact anti-racist medical education and care. File types are PDF, PNG, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, JPG, and TXT. Files date from 2020 to 2021.
