Contains the research files for Francis Huntington Swett (1893-1943) and correspondence regarding his wife Mary Elizabeth Swett's (1895-1955) death. Francis Swett was a professor of anatomy and the first chair of the Department of Anatomy at Duke University School of Medicine. Following his death, Elizabeth Swett began working in the Duke School of Medicine's admissions office.
