Scope and content:

Contains digital files located on and that support Duke Health's COVID-19 website (https://covid-19.dukehealth.org/). The files document the document library, marketing plans, town hall videos, and other video messages pertaining to Duke Health's clinical response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The COVID-19 Document Library contains information intended for internal use by Duke University Health Systems, its medical staff, clinicians, and staff. The marketing plans contain information about resuming ambulatory operations at Duke Health and an outline for marketing communications plan to support the expansion of services for the referring provider audience. The town hall videos consist of numerous virtual town hall meetings held by the Duke Health COVID-19 task force to address current issues related to the COVID-19 situation and to respond to questions submitted by Duke Health team members around the health system. Collection restrictions:

Contains Medical Center Administrative records. These include records of the officers of the University, as defined in the Bylaws, the deans of schools and colleges, and departments, institutes, and other offices as designated by the President. For a period of twenty-five years from the origin of the material, permission in writing from the director of the office of record and the Medical Center Archivist is required for use. After twenty-five years, records that have been processed may be consulted with the permission of the Medical Center Archivist. (Issued by the Office of the Chancellor, December 1, 1975).
