Includes the short film, "How to be an Administrative Liaison" written and directed by Karen Barton. This is an internal video for Medical Center Library staff documenting how to be an administrative liaison. The video details how to assist the lobby desk guard with morning set up and evening clean up, as well as detailing coverage during the guard's lunch break and how to help patrons with reservations. Victor Gordon and Elton Reifert act in the film. The music used in the film is "Ragtime Dance" by Scott Joplin. Also includes the Administrative Liaison Information Sheet and Lobby Desk Guard Information Sheet.
