Hamilton Associates, Hospital Consultants (1952); Booz, Allen & Hamilton, Management Consultants (1961); E. Todd Wheeler and Perkins & Will, Architects (1962); Caudill, Rowlett and Scott (1963); and American Health Facilities, Inc. (1973). The series culminates in the 1991 Long Range Plan and subsequent progress reports advancing the model of an "integrated academic health system." This model was formalized in 1997 by the incorporation of Duke University Health System, Inc., as a fully-owned subsidiary of Duke University. Materials date from 1952 to 1998.
