Agnes June Deans Robbins was a student at the Duke University School of Nursing from 1946 to 1954. During that time, she was a member of the Santa Filomena Honor Society. She was a recipient of the Bagby Award for Student Nurses, and graduated in 1959 with a bachelor of science in nursing.
