Contains records related to a variety of North Carolina Licensed Practical Nurses Association committees that convened on a regular basis, including the Area Presidents, Brochure, Bylaws, Continuing Education, Convention Planning, Finance, Legislative, Membership, Nominating, Resolutions, and Ways & Means Committees. Also includes minutes from specially convened committees and task forces, which were centered around specific goals, such as the Special Pay Off Mortgage Committee of 1991 and 1992, and topical issues in nursing legislation and education. Copies of meeting minutes for a variety of committees can also be found throughout the Administrative Records series, Convention series, and Membership series. Types of materials include documents and ephemera. Materials are arranged alphabetically by name of committee and chronologically. Materials range in date from 1968 to 2005.
