Series consists of video files created by the Duke Medical Alumni Association for Medical Alumni Weekends and digital scans from a scrapbook belonging to a Duke University School of Medicine medical student in the late 1940s. Also includes other materials created by the Development and Alumni Affairs Office for Emeriti Faculty Dinners, other anniversaries, celebrations, galas, fundraising endeavors, and professorship letters. All materials created by the Duke Medical Alumni Association and Medical Center Development were stored on computers and removable media managed by their department. Materials date to 2006 to 2024.

Digital files from Accessions A2010.066, A2012.003, A2013.024, A2013.035, A2015.023, A2015.044, A2018.088, A2018.096, A2022.035, A2022.051, A2024.009, A2024.045, A2024.048, and A2024.051 were processed using AXAEM's Electronic Records Processing module, which incorporates Bagger as a way to package electronic files with technical metadata. Bagger was not used on Accessions A2016.054 and A2017.024. Captured digital content was ingested into AXAEM, where ClamAV Anti-Virus software detected and cleaned any computer viruses. The cleaned files were saved on the Duke University Medical Center Archives' secure server with a regular backup schedule. Includes 1552 files totaling 42.80 GB that are available for research: Accession A2010.066 (53 files totaling 4.41 GB), Accession A2012.003 (36 files totaling 1.45 GB), Accession A2013.024 (21 files totaling 2.07 GB), Accession 2013.035 (32 files totaling 990 MB), Accession A2015.023 (11 files totaling 0.97 GB), Accession A2015.044 (12 files totaling 1.45 GB), Accession A2016.054 (6 files totaling 2.04 GB), Accession A2017.024 (5 files totaling 1.01 KB), Accession A2018.088 (9 files totaling 1.73 GB), Accession A2018.096 (12 files totaling 738.25 MB), Accession A2022.035 (5 files totaling 6.15 MB), Accession A2022.051 (216 files totaling 5.18 GB), Accession A2024.009 (1109 files totaling 19.6 GB), Accession A2024.045 (7 files totaling 2.13 GB), Accession A2024.048 (10 files totaling 8.31 MB), Accession A2024.051 (8 files totaling 5.19 MB).

Accession A2010.066: contains digital scans of a scrapbook from Norman Garrett depicting his time as a Duke University medical student in the late 1940s.
Accession A2012.003: contains videos of the Duke University School of Medicine 2011 Distinguished Awards recipients. The original carrier for Accession A2012.003 is physically housed in the Audiovisual Collection as AV 16.0045.
Accession A2013.024: contains "Faces of Change: Commemorating 50 Years of African Americans at Duke University School of Medicine" video and slideshow created for the 2013 commemoration of 50 years of black students at Duke.
Accession A2013.035: contains videos of the Duke University Medical Center 2013 Emeriti Faculty.
A2015.023: contains videos of the Duke University Medical Center 2015 Emeriti Faculty.
