Contains digital files from the following accessions: Accession A2018.053. Includes 8 PowerPoints, 5 JPG files, 6 GIF files, 68 WAV files, 6 VLC audio files, 1 HTM file, 1 database file, and 163 PDF files. Files pertain to the proceedings of an Annual HRPP Conference attended by McKinney in 2007, recordings of McKinney's 1999 and 2000 presentations on Clinical Trials for Special Populations. Materials range in date from 1999 to 2007.

Processing information:

Material in this collection was processed using AXAEM's Electronic Records Processing module. Captured digital content was ingested into AXAEM, where ClamAV Anti-Virus software detected and cleaned any computer viruses. The cleaned files were saved on the Duke University Medical Center Archives' secure server with a regular backup schedule. Includes 258 files totaling 102 MB that are available for research: Accession A2018.053 (258 files totaling 102 MB).

Collection restrictions:

Contains Medical Center Administrative records. These include records of the officers of the University, as defined in the Bylaws, the deans of schools and colleges, and departments, institutes, and other offices as designated by the President. For a period of twenty-five years from the origin of the material, permission in writing from the director of the office of record and the Medical Center Archivist is required for use. After twenty-five years, records that have been processed may be consulted with the permission of the Medical Center Archivist. (Issued by the Office of the Chancellor, December 1, 1975).
