Contains materials created and collected by Maddox as part of his work with the Community Partnerships for Older Adults, a national grant program that provided technical assistance and funding to local projects that focused on supporting vulnerable older adults and their caregivers. Materials include correspondence, grant recipient lists and models, presentations, development and implementation grant proposals, narrative reports, site visit records, annual work plans, survey results, call records, contract files, program policies and guidelines, meeting minutes, agendas, funding records, newsletters, program participant materials, promotional materials, and photographs.
