Since joining Duke in 1996, Hill has been responsible for a wide range of merger, divestiture and acquisition projects at the health system level. She has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare leadership. Hill earned a Master's Degree in clinical and industrial psychology from the University of North Texas. She is a member of numerous community, civic and social action groups. Until 2005, Hill was the associate operating officer at Duke Hospital. She currently serves as the senior administrative director for Hospital Medicine Programs and administrator for the Department of Medicine at Durham Regional Hospital.
