Contains digital files from the following accession: Accession A2022.064, Accession A2024.037. Includes the administrative records for the Duke University School of Nursing Student Council. Materials document the group's bylaws, event flyers and information, membership, and meeting materials. Materials date to 2022 and 2024.

Processing information:

Material in this collection was processed using AXAEM's Electronic Records Processing module, which incorporates Bagger as a way to package electronic files with technical metadata. Captured digital content was ingested into AXAEM, where ClamAV Anti-Virus software detected and cleaned any computer viruses. The cleaned files were saved on the Duke University Medical Center Archives' secure server with a regular backup schedule. Includes 35 files totaling 13.94 MB that are available for research: Accession A2022.064 (13 files totaling 1.57 MB), Accession A2024.027 (14 files totaling 7.76 MB), Accession A2024.070 (8 files totaling 4.61 MB).

Contains Medical Center Administrative records. These include records of the officers of the University, as defined in the Bylaws, the deans of schools and colleges, and departments, institutes, and other offices as designated by the President. For a period of twenty-five years from the origin of the material, permission in writing from the director of the office of record and the Medical Center Archivist is required for use. After twenty-five years, records that have been processed may be consulted with the permission of the Medical Center Archivist. (Issued by the Office of the Chancellor, December 1, 1975).
