Includes Duke Midwifery Service statistics, birth logs, administrative forms, brochure, staff licenses, teaching evaluations, policies, and procedures for the CNM program. Also included are images of Centering Pregnancy and Centering Parenting classes and a video presentation documenting the work done by Amy MacDonald while working for the Duke Midwifery Service and the Durham County Department of Public Health. The Centering program's participant photo releases are on file with the Durham Health Department. The original carriers for these files are a CD and 3.5 inch floppy disks, and can be found in the Administrative Records Series, and Amy MacDonald Professional Papers Series. File types include MOV, MP4, JPG, HEIC, PNG, DOC, PPT, XLS, MSG, and TXT. The digital files date from 1998 to 2021.
