Materials date from 2012 to 2023.

Material in this collection was processed using AXAEM's Electronic Records Processing module, which incorporates Bagger as a way to package electronic files with technical metadata. Captured digital content was ingested into AXAEM, where ClamAV Anti-Virus software detected and cleaned any computer viruses. The cleaned files were saved on the Duke University Medical Center Archives' secure server with a regular backup schedule. Includes 534 files totaling 690.23 MB that are available for research: Accession A2015.020 (39 files totaling 84.1 MB); Accession A2019.044 (17 files totaling 1.75 MB), Accession A2021.005 (16 files totaling 4.70 MB), Accession A2021.024 (12 files totaling 431 KB), Accession A2021.090 (407 files totaling 534 MB), Accession A2021.091 (9 files totaling 270 KB), Accession A2021.092 (11 files, totaling 480 KB), Accession A2024.011 (18 files totaling 1.65 MB), Accession A2024.012 (5 files totaling 61.8 MB).

Contains Medical Center Administrative records. These include records of the officers of the University, as defined in the Bylaws, the deans of schools and colleges, and departments, institutes, and other offices as designated by the President. For a period of twenty-five years from the origin of the material, permission in writing from the director of the office of record and the Medical Center Archivist is required for use. After twenty-five years, records that have been processed may be consulted with the permission of the Medical Center Archivist. (Issued by the Office of the Chancellor, December 1, 1975).
