Contains digital files from the following accessions: Accession A2018.080, Accession A2021.035, Accession A2023.053. Includes photographs, forms, presentations, correspondence, evaluations, reports, schedules, manuals, and a video pertaining to the activities of the Department of Community and Family Medicine. Files date from 1980, 1993, 2000 to 2007, 2011, and 2018 to 2021.

Material in this collection was processed using AXAEM's Electronic Records Processing module, which incorporates Bagger as a way to package electronic files with technical metadata. Captured digital content was ingested into AXAEM, where ClamAV Anti-Virus software detected and cleaned any computer viruses. The cleaned files were saved on the Duke University Medical Center Archives' secure server with a regular backup schedule. Includes 1161 files totaling 1.12 GB that are available for research: Accession A2018.080 (1043 files totaling 753.65 MB), Accession A2021.035 (5 files totaling 145.28 MB), Accession A2023.053 (112 files totaling 250.40 MB).

Accession A2018.080: contains digital files pertaining to the Department of Community and Family Medicine's Zip Lining Retreat Activity. The photographs and documents correspond with the Residency Review Committee Work Papers, Snyderman Accreditation meeting, and the Institutional Committee for Graduate Medical Education Review. Files and original carriers (CDs and 3.5 inch floppy disks) are located in the Accession A2018.080 series.
Accession A2021.035: contains the Duke Family Medicine & Community Health COVID Time Capsule Video (2021)
Accession A2023.053: contains digital files pertaining to Duke Family Medicine & Community Health's history, staff, gatherings, and a presentation. Original carrier (CD) is located in the Accession A2023.053 series. See Box 45 FF 1 for CD.
