Contains digital files from the following accessions: A2016.010. Includes digital files from the external backup drives of Jackie Lim, Wenjing Xu, and Pavle Matak, researchers in Andrews' lab. The file folder for Jack Y. Chen's external backup drive is empty. The original carriers for these files were two portable external hard drive (computer backup and external hard drive), a CD (untitled), and a DVD (mouse SNPs). The digital files date to circa 2010.

Material in this collection was processed using AXAEM's Electronic Records Processing module, which incorporates Bagger as a way to package electronic files with technical metadata. Captured digital content was ingested into AXAEM, where ClamAV Anti-Virus software detected and cleaned any computer viruses. The cleaned files were saved on the Duke University Medical Center Archives' secure server with a regular backup schedule. Includes 57,175 files totaling 2.05 TB that are available for research: Accession A2016.010 (57,175 files totaling 2.05 TB).
