Contains digital files from the following accessions: Accession A2019.014, Accession A2019.015, Accession A2019.024, Accession A2019.068, Accession A2021.048, Accession A2021.059. Consists of Word files, WordPerfect files, and a PowerPoint that belonged to the office of Gerda Fillenbaum and Harvey J. Cohen, as well as images from a George Maddox Lecture and Duke Undergraduate Program in Human Development Senior Seminar. The files date to 1994 and 2006 to 2014.

Material in this collection was processed using AXAEM's Electronic Records Processing module, which incorporates Bagger as a way to package electronic files with technical metadata. Captured digital content was ingested into AXAEM, where ClamAV Anti-Virus software detected and cleaned any computer viruses. The cleaned files were saved on the Duke University Medical Center Archives' secure server with a regular backup schedule. Includes 118 files totaling 358.02 MB that are available for research: Accession A2019.014 (12 files totaling 1.25 MB), Accession A2019.015 (5 files totaling 27 KB), Accession A2019.024 (15 files totaling 1.00 MB), Accession A2019.068 (6 files totaling 30.09 KB), Accession A2021.048 (71 files totaling 351 MB), Accession A2021.059 (9 files totaling 3.75 MB).

Accession A2019.014: contains digital files pertaining to the Spanish OARS questionnaire translation from Sevilla, Spain. The original carrier for the files are located in Box 103, FF 1.
Accession A2019.015: contains 1 Word File with a portion of the Center's AAMC/Hartford Geriatrics Curriculum Development Grant. This relates to the materials in the Accession A2019.015 Series pertaining to the AAMC AAMC/Hartford Geriatrics Curriculum Development Grant.
Accession A2019.024: contains WordPerfect files pertaining to the Behavior Rating Scale for Dementia (BRSD) instrument. The original carrier for these files are located in Box 109, FF 15. Also includes a PowerPoint file pertaining to CERAD. The original carrier for this file is located in Box 114, FF 21.
Accession A2019.068: contains two WordPerfect files pertaining to Dr. White and quality control issues at the Methodist Retirement Home and Croasdaile Village. The original carrier for these files is located in Box 129, FF 15.
Accession A2021.048: contains images from a George Maddox lecture from May 25, 2009. The original carrier for these files is located in Box 150.

Contains Medical Center Administrative records.
