Dr. Thomas M. Bashore, MD, a cardiologist, has been on faculty at the Duke University Medical Center since 1985. He's an expert in the treatment of complex cardiovascular conditions, and was instrumental to establishing programs in valvular heart disease and adult congenital heart disease at Duke. His additional achievements include earning repeat awards for his role as a teacher of cardiology fellows. He holds positions as a Professor of Medicine in the Department of Medicine and the Senior Vice Chief in the Division of Cardiology.
